The accused were taken from Seoni Malwa to Harda

The main accused Somesh Agarwal, Rajesh Agarwal and supervisor Rafiq Khan were arrested by the police from Sarangpur in Rajgarh district. The court also announced a compensation of Rs 15 lakh for the kin of the deceased, Rs 3 lakh for those with minor injuries and Rs 5 lakh for those seriously injured. Also, orders have been issued to give five lakh rupees to those whose houses have been burnt in the accident and Rs 2 lakh to those who have been evacuated.
